Returns
Changed your mind? Return any unworn pair within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are charged to the customer at a subsidised courier rate.
To be eligible:
- Within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn and in original condition. Tried on at home is fine. Worn outdoors is not.
- In original packaging, including case and accessories
- Free from scratches, marks, or damage
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these conditions.

We offer returns in the UK at a charge of £1.99 provided they meet our returns conditions within the specified timelines. If you need any support in processing your return please contact support@ntila.com or visit our contact centre https://ntila.com/pages/contact.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving your return and appear on your original payment method within 3–5 working days after that.
Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges yet. Return for a refund and reorder in the meantime.
Faulty or damaged items
Received something that isn't right? Message https://ntila.com/pages/contact with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
All NTILA sunglasses come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This doesn't cover normal wear, scratched lenses, or accidental damage.
Your statutory rights
This policy sits alongside your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Under UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, with a further 14 days to return the goods. This policy extends the full return window to 30 days. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.
